Direct Support for our Wounded
The charity itself provides direct, practical support to those wounded, sick or injured in the line of duty since 9/11. Help for Heroes is one charity that certainly works, besides their tartan arrangements that is. And since one of the leaders in the Tartan Industry a few years ago gave our Scottish Campaign fresh impetus with his huge investment in Hire Kilts, everyone involved in Tartan can still work together to help support OUR Heroes.
H4H is a beautiful tartan incorporating the Royal Airforce Blue, the Army's Red and of course the Dark Blue of the Navy. The result is a simple but stunning tartan which used to be available in a multitude of garments and accessories. We hope Help for Heroes management will wake up to this fact and the significant resevoir of goodwill that is being squandered by their indecision in not making the tartan commercially available to the public.
But as of 1st August 2019 Kilts are still available to HIRE. And each hire still contributes DIRECTLY into the Help for Heroes fund.
